2. Knit pattern:
Row 1: k4, *p2, k3; repeat from *, finish with p2, k4.
Row 2: k1, p3, *k2, p3; repeat from *, finish with k2, p3, k1.
Row 3: k1, *sl 1 st, k2, lift the slipped st over the 2 sts just knitted, p2; repeat from *, Finish with sl 1 st, k2, lift the slipped st over the 2 sts just knitted, k1.
Row 4: k1, *p1, yo, p1, k2; repeat from *, finish with p1, yo, p1, k1.
3. Repeat rows 1–4 until the cloth measures 10" (25 cm), or the desired length, and bind off. Weave in the yarn ends.
